One Fordham Landing is a new community facility in The Bronx designed for local institutions to flourish. An ideal location for essential services – medical offices and facilities, academic institutions, religious, cultural, and social organizations, museums, community centers, libraries, and more – it is the first step in a dynamic transit-oriented, mixed-use community rising along 1.2 miles of the Harlem River.

Fordham Landing will be developed in phases with the One Fordham Landing community building and three residential towers comprising the initial four-acre phase.
